After flicking through dozens of veggie cookbooks and finding nothing more than 2 or 3 recipes per book that actually appealed to me, I finally found this little gem. It's great simply because it's easy, everyday food without the fuss and frills. Most other cookbooks had time consuming recipies that often required specialist ingredients (that I'd buy once and never use again!), but this book uses basic food for meals that are easily prepared after a long day at work.
