St Sebastian's School is looking rather worse for wear, so Mr Tick the headmaster agrees to a school fete to raise money for new equipment. Edith Codd, the ghostly ringleader down in the sewer under the school, hears of this and is determined to sabotage the event. Will James, Lenny and Alexander be able to save their school from a fete worse than death?
